[HONG KONG] - Prince Hotel: International Dinner Buffet with an Indian Twist

Here's come June and Add@prince has newly updated their International Dinner Buffet with a hint of Indian Twist.

Renowned for its spectacular nightly buffet of jetfresh seafood on ice, including freshly shucked oyster, mussel, crab leg, snail, crayfish, prawn, sushi and freshly sliced sashimi, there are also a butch of Chinese and Western gourmets such as Peking Duck, roasted beef, lamp chops .. you name it!

The food is absolutely delicious, I'm particularly in love with the lamp chop as it is so juicy and tender. The flavour of the food in general is adequate. 

For this month's special, we can savour an array of authentic Indian cuisines and sizzler dishes presented by an Indian master chef until the end of the month, including Lamb kabab, Avial, Murgh makhani and Masala cheese curry, all goes well with naan bread. 

A classic complement to the bold flavours of Indian cuisine is a creamy Lassi smoothie at only $28. The Classic Lassi is delightfully smooth and thirst quenching, while Mango Lassi is a rich and refreshing blend of yogurt and fresh mango puree. 

Thanks to the cheerful Indian Chef Kumay Trilok Chand, the colourful Chicken Tandoori has an amazing colour and aroma. It smells so good with the abundant Indian spices. The chicken is soft and rich in flavour.

To enhance the exotic Indian ambience by having a complimentary experience of India’s traditional body art, Henna tattoo, on Friday evenings. The artist is so professional and friendly, and the pattern is very beautiful and exotic.

End your dinner on a sweet note by enjoying this fabulous waffles and scopes of Mövenpick, simply the best frozen perfection. I am happily stuffed!
