Ever think of dinning in a Yacht and enjoying our beautiful afternoon tea set or dinner? The brand new "Elegance Feast" is an extremely romantic set which can be served as lunch, afternoon tea or even dinner. There is a story behind this set.. one day, a pretty lady was walking his dog on the beach and met her soulmate, and they had a great time on a yacht. :-)

The tea of the day is Rosy Paris Organic Tea from New York. Before we begin, we have to add a few drops of flower essence into our tea so as to increase our energy and enhance our enjoyment. 

The set starts with the Black truffle Porcini soup. Creamy in texture and rich in taste, this soup makes the following dishes even more anticipating.

The signature of the set is the lobster from Maine, USA. The staff will use a gas torch to burn it a little bit so that it has a grilled effect. The lobster is quite large and tastes with its natural freshness and sweetness. The Jumbo Scallop lies beautifully on a delicious potato cake, along with other side canapés including Cheddar Cheese, Salami and Jumbo Mussel.

Moving on to the desserts, there is a huge surprise! GUESS WHAT! The adorable doggy is actually edible! Yes you heard me .. and it tastes soooo good. It is actually made from rice crackers and white chocolate. 

To suit the theme of summer, there are Panacota and Mango Delight and Sable Gianduja which are light and fruity. The Pistachio Macaron and Meringue are delicate and enchanting. Last but not least, the Veggies Chips which are made with speedy cooling technique are so crunchy and healthy.
