Catching hold of the tail end of summer, Mira Moon has a crossover with the luxurious jewellery brand from Spain, ARTĒ Madrid, bringing about The Mesmeric Myth Afternoon Tea Set, exclusively available from August to September between Friday and Sunday. 

The afternoon set has an oceanic theme that is inspired by the brand new ARTĒ Madrid’s Ocean Miracle Collection based on the unknown world of myths deep down beneath the blue sea, fabled creatures and ancient treasures.

This collection leaves you imagination about the underwater world with a great diversity of marine animals and sea plants. As always, the jewellery is designed with fervent pursuit of art and prominent craftsmanship.

To echo the collection, Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail Bar’s Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Chan has hand-crafted a series of canapés and sweets in a navy and baby blue hue. 



 The Ocean Cupcake with chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting and shaved pistachio is definitely one of my favourite as the sweetness is well-balanced and the texture is fluffy! The Carrot Cake Pop is so enchanting as it's coated with baby blue chocolate featuring starfish and seahorse atop the mixture of chocolate chips, diced buckwheat and brown sugar. Other sweet delights are featured with Spanish ingredients, such as Spanish Churros served with a twisted chili chocolate dip, Crema Catalana with a touch of decadent aged citrus skin, Homemade Raisin Scone with Whipped Cream and Paprika Mango Jam, Chocolate Donut with raspberries and the delicate macarons.

Tuck into a range of mouthwatering savory titbits, including Smoked Salmon Pintxo with Black Truffle Honey, the crispy Croquetas with creamy Iberico ham filling, the enticing Pan Con Tomate served with diced tomato and Piquillo Pepper stuffed with Tuna. Make your taste buds dance with the original Spanish flavours!

Before ending the lovely afternoon tea, enjoy a refreshing glass of Breezy Ocean with a mixture of fresh mint leaves, peach and pineapple juices. The taste is surely the reminiscent of the Ocean that one cannot resist!
