Haitang Bay is one of the most beautiful bays in Sanya. Sunny Sanya Destination Hotel Haitang is quite new within the region of Linwang town so it is recommended to come by taxi. The area is quite layback but there are a couple of restaurants and shops nearby.There is a wonderful beach which you can reach in 25 minutes walk from the hotel.
The theme of the room is sailor and ocean, you can tell by the beautiful blue colour of the bed linen as well as the lovely cushions. There is a small balcony where you can view over the streets and people. Just one drawback - the wall could be a little bit cleaner.
The staff here is helpful and polite. In the morning, breakfast is served at the restaurant on the ground floor.
The food is mainly of Chinese style such as fried rice, roasted potatoes and omelette. I'm especially impressed about the temperature and the hygiene of the food.
The food might be simple but it satisfies your need for the start of a day. I like the omelette very much, it tastes so good and the texture is so soft and smooth.

Apart from the air conditioner, there is also a fan on the ceiling. This is actually quite considerate as guests can decide what suits them the best and enjoy a great sleep. Both the fan and air conditioner are quite cool and silent.

It is a pleasure to meet the owner, Caddie, at the hotel. She's such a great host that she actually brought us to have a wonderful dinner at the local mariculture rafts.
Getting to try all these delectable local cuisines is such an extraordinary experience. The seafood is so fresh and sweet. Caddie also shared with us how much she loves Hainan and how she started her business here. You can instantly feel her passion to host guests with high hospitality.
