[MACAU] - Impossible Foods x Galaxy Macau: Let's go green for the planet & your tastebuds!
Hello guys, thanks for reading my blog again! In this blog I want to share with you about the brand new food trend - IMPOSSIBLE FOODS. Originally based in California, Impossible Foods makes delicious, nutritious meat and dairy products directly from plants without slaughterhouses, hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol or artificial flavors. The heme in Impossible products is identical to the essential heme humans have been consuming for hundreds of thousands of years in meat, and while it delivers all the craveable depth of beef, it uses far fewer resources.
Now, you can meet the new meat in Macau at world-class Asian resort destination - Galaxy Macau! Starting this month, Impossible Foods’ flagship products will be available at three popular restaurants here. Last week at Cha Bei Macau, we got to sample a series of innovative dishes that are inspired by the concept of Impossible Foods.
Among all, the Impossible Burger is definitely my favourite! The only plant-based burger has won a 2017 Tasty Award and a 2018 Fabi Award from the National Restaurant Association. It really has the meaty texture while it is totally meat-free. It is still a flavourful yet much healthier comfort food, honestly because I'm a meat lover and I find this burger surprising satisfying! The Tossed Noodles with Spiced Eggplants is absolutely delicious! The sauce really spices things up and the minced "pork" is of course made by plants as well. All those dim sums, such as Seared Meat Buns and Chinese Chive Dumplings, are delicate and mouthwatering. It's been an intriguing and enjoyable dining experience!
So we also got some time spent at Galaxy Macau, and we decided to spend some time at their Grand Resort Deck. At a sprawling 75,000 square meters, Grand Resort Deck possesses the world’s longest Skytop Aquatic Adventure River Ride at 575 meters and the world’s largest Skytop Wave Pool.
